Description:  Proposed 23-acre biomedical research park development relating to MCV, representing an economic revitalization tool for the City's core.

Firm's Responsibilities:  Master plan, reconstruction of 1968 City model showing proposed structure of the park for use in marketing video.  Site Plan preparation for Phase I construction; preparation of design guidelines.
