Description: 650-acre city sponsored business park initially developed in the 1960's, and suffering from extreme diversity of product quality, control and in need of master plan re-examination to capitalize on premier location and compete in soft market.

Firm's Responsibilities: As primary planner for the project with a team consisting of traffic, economic, civil engineering and architectural consultants, analyzed all aspects of the existing development to develop a plan to overcome typical problems with such developments.  Preparation of site construction documents for major new thoroughfare and transformation of former retention basins into water amenities.
