Description: Development of the division's newest anchor facility on a 230 acre site, a total of  approximately 3.0 million SF., campus style manufacturing and administrative facility.

Firm's Responsibilities: As one member of a multi-disciplined design team, Higgins & Gerstenmaier has assisted in refining the overall master plan within the parameters of the existing site characteristics; schematic site design on Phase I of the project is in progress.
