Description:  Master plan for 960-acre mixed use development, including corporate offices, retail, hotel, sports center and residential development.

Firm's Responsibilities:  Involvement in the project has been continuous since conceptualization in 1979.  Services also have included design and development criteria, project review, infrastructure site detailing, feasibility studies for parcels within the development and general consulting to the developer.

Awards:  1983 Richmond Development of the Year; 1989 Merit Award  in Planning and Analysis, Richmond Real Estate Group American Society of Landscape Architects, Virginia Chapter.
