30 acre site.

Firm's Responsibilities:  Landscape architectural services from schematic site design through construction documents and construction administration.  Site features include a reserved perennial stream bed and natural area at the main entrance; and northern lake view from planted patio terrace arbor behind the building.  Landscape plantings at main entrance and building are illuminated with hidden, in ground lip lighting.  Landscape construction scope includes hardscape and planting design and detailing as well as lighting and irrigation coordination.
